I recently purchased a "new" Omega Speedmaster from 2018 . I have a myriad of springbar tools. Burgeon seems to be the most solid. One I have has a flat "spade" side for straps. Works really well. Correct, Omega uses 19mm bars on bracelets and 20mm on straps. Take your time, set the watch on something solid but padded and take your time, especially with the bracelet, it can be frustrating.
